Homestead Park

Homestead Park is located in and managed by the city of Riverside. It features a playground and basketball court. The Line Creek Trail runs through the park, creating a nice access point.

Riverside’s renovated playground at Homestead Park opened in October 2024. The playground has a wide variety of Kompan equipment for all ages. One of the new features is the exciting Cliff Rider that gives a thrilling ride in the air from one platform to another.

The popular Supernova carousel inspires many different games. Homestead Park is conveniently located along the Line Creek Trail, making it a nice stopping point when walking or cycling the trail.

The playground renovation was funded by Riverside, the Platte County Parks & Recreation Outreach Grant, and the Missouri Scrap Tire Grant.
