Outreach Grants
The Platte County Commission developed the Outreach Grant Program to promote the development of local parks and recreation facilities and programs and to enhance the quality of life for all residents. The program strengthens partnerships between the County, local governments, and non-profit organizations to strategically meet our common goals.
Partnership Grants
Platte County Parks & Recreation Partnership Grant Program was established to help communities within Platte County develop, expand, and improve public parks and recreation facilities.
The primary goal of the program is to significantly increase recreational opportunities for Platte County residents through meaningful investments in public recreation projects that provide long-term community benefits.
Funded Projects and Grants
Parks Grant awarded via a competitive process to Cities, not for profit organizations, and other political subdivisions. All projects listed included a financial match. Grant funds are provided by the Parks/Stormwater Retail Sales Tax
