FREE Yoga in the Park

Join us at sunset on 4 full moon dates where we'll align with the moon's energy of completion, release and renewal. As the full moon rises, we'll flow through gentle poses, honoring the cycle of growth and transformation knowing that, like the moon, we are always evolving.
Additionally we will honor the changing of the seasons with 2 solstice practices: Summer and Autumn. 

• All levels flow yoga on the lawn
