Ready Set Glow!!
Family Friendly Nature Walk
Join us for this super popular, fun walk at the Prairie Creek Greenway trail in Timber Park neighborhood on Sycamore Drive. This program is a Platte County Parks' staff favorite! We will have:
- glow giveaways
- 1/2 mile walk to the glowing waterfall and live owl display and turn around
- Live owls displayed from Lakeside Nature Center. For the safety of the animals, please stay behind the ropes when observing.
- Live snakes, opossum, owls
- Missouri Dept of Conservation station
- Operation Wildlife-with birds and bat display
- Community Garden at Prairie Creek Greenway
Family and kid friendly, please leave your dogs at home for this event.
